This is the current Video doorbell i have. It works as a HUB for Aqara devices which is needed. It’s battery powered but can also take your existing doorbell power if there is one. I use it with both. I have batteries in but its mainly house powered.
Door Lock. Uses code, finger print, AND homekey which basically means after you set it up you could use your phone or apple watch a tap against the device to unlock.
Living room camera. This is the cheapest and most basic one they make. I can research and look up the difference between all of them if you want. It will work in the Aqara app but also in homekit. If you pay for iCloud Storage on your phone you get free cloud recording with homekit enabled cameras which means no subscriptions for the doorbell or this.
For lights you want to be able to control in Apple Homekit or anything else.
Same thing as the other lock but cheaper and doesn’t have a finger print option.
A mini switch to control the smart plug. You can get full size switches too.

Newest model of the door lock i currently have. app it a little more user friendly. It does also need a connect module which is another $89. It does look like it also has a finger print sensor in it.
Best and newest hub for all aqara devices. Plugs directly into your wifi router and makes everything react fast.
Extra door handle parts you could get to go with the door locks potentially.
